1. Open a new Aircraft Purchase Agreement and Input Buyer and Seller Information: 

Start by filling out all the necessary details for both the buyer and seller. This allows us to prepare our standard Aircraft Purchase Agreement for you with in 24 hours. We also send you a detailed PDF file that will walk you through the aircraft sales process. Do you have your own agreement you would like to use? Would you like to customize our agreement? Let us know, and you can send it to us so we can substitute it in for your sale.

    2. Digital Signing Made Simple: 

Once the information is submitted, we’ll send a Docusign to both parties. After it's signed, we’ll ensure that all parties, including escrow, receive a copy of the completed Aircraft Purchase Agreement.

 3. Effortless Escrow Setup:

 We handle opening escrow on your behalf. Simply wait for an email from the escrow service with instructions on making the deposit. Standard deposit is 10% of the purchase price.  Escrow does have its own fee at the close of your sale. Typically $300 for buyer and seller each. Escrow instructions typically show up with in 24 hours. Our escrow company is the industry leading Aerospace Reports.

Finding the right local mechanics for pre-purchase examinations, insurance providers, financing options, instructors, or ferry pilots can be overwhelming. We’ve made it easy by providing a list of vetted and approved partners specific to your sale. All you need to do is choose a provider from our provided list and call to schedule with them directly. If there is something you are looking for that is not listed, please let us know and we would be happy to make a recommendation.

5. Affordable Cost 

Free to get started and no risk. Just $99 per party, paid automatically at the closing of your aircraft escrow. If the transaction doesn’t go through or you change your mind about the aircraft, you won’t be charged.
